Small resort close to the city

We spent a week over Christmas vacations and thoroughly loved it. Having been to a number of those big exclusive hotels in Cozumel and Riviera Maya, this one proved to be a refreshing experience. The resort itself had all of the needed amenities — beach, pool, restaurant, bar, massage — but the very best part was that La Ceiba is in city (along with also a walking distance to the city centre ), so we could appreciate easy accessibility to all of the restaurants, stores and other attractions (such as the entertainment park, which our daughter loved ) in city. Not all of the centers are topnotch (such as elevators are slow and little ), however I know that El Cid bought this hotel a few years back and is working on enhancements. But our rooms have been excellent, spacious, clean and silent, with balconies overlooking the ocean. Along with the team at El Cid have a particular mention because of their friendliness and helpfulness.

Great Vacation. Staff members were outstanding. Facility was fine and weather was fantastic. The food was quite good. Not mention cocktails that were quite satisfying. The masseuses were from the world.

Fantastic value for the purchase price. The service was topnotch, and the food has been superb. The hour of diving daily was excellent, and it was just a 5 (100 pesos) trip!

Cozumel is a Mexican Caribbean island that you can not miss. I’m telling you because I’ve come at every opportunity I have. Traveling to Cozumel is cheap and convenient. Also, the experiences that you live here are unforgettable. From your arrival, until the last activity, you do with your party. Even the accommodation is remarkable. A couple of people recommended me a cozumel snorkeling guide if we wanted to have the best snorkeling experience in Cozumel. El Cid La Ceiba is a great option. My friends and I were pleased to stay five nights during the vacation period. We stayed there to be near the downtown of Cozumel.

The hotel was fine and front desk employees were very accommodating. We left a few room adjustments and they given all our requests with no hassle. The pool was fine and the beach area had lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas for all to enjoy. The only bad side of the stay was that the beds were horrible. Really challenging, lumpy mattresses and cushions along with the pull out sofa is similar to sleeping on concrete.

Overall superior hotel. The cruise day pass folks are debatable at taking area in whirlpool, swimming pool, beach chairs, as well as restaurant. Staff wasn’t as present in comparison to previous excursions. However, nicest from the team we have had overseas. Good place. Like that you can not smoke at least.

I wish to begin with announcement that this excursion was a present in my job and I didn’t cover resort expense but also wish to add that my view isn’t bias but quite fair! Introduction and explanation of what was very beneficial and informative. Christian, one of the employees went over all of the advantages and trips were are in a position to take along with costs. ALL employees in the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are extremely pleasant and equipped with bed, couch, miniature full kitchen and gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea. Beds are typical with nice large cushions (personal taste ).

Hotel has nice poolspa (free wgts, two treadmills, bicycle and elliptical), volleyball court, ping pong and tennis court combined with two accessibility to the shore. The sea is amazing, as would not expect anything in Mexico, deep crystal clear water to perform plenty of snorkeling directly at the hotel. Onsite restaurant with a great deal of great and tasty food options combined with fantastically friendly employees. Overall I am giving this hotel at 5 star score. We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly think about going back later on.

Wonderful holiday stay at El Presidente

We loved our stay very much and also the client service in the hotel is superb. Everybody is quite friendly and ready to help out. We’d especially wonderful support from Maria and another team in the pool. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds will be maintain really well. The beachfront rooms are spacious and contemporary and were quite adequate for our loved ones. The are many restaurant choices at the hotel and the food was rather nice and sophisticated at each stop with a fantastic wine list. The hotel did get somewhat busy over Christmas with plenty of households, however there are considerable facilities plus it never felt too crowded. We’d highly recommend El Presidente for anybody searching for a family get away with a focus on service.

We’re a family of six which arrived at the Presidente Intercontinental hotel for Christmas this past year. We arrived for the diving, but loved every second in the resort too. It actually is a first-rate encounter. We all had shore entrance, renovated rooms which were lovely, very comfortable and serviced every day by beautiful folks, all of whom looked entirely devoted to our relaxation and happiness. They triumphed. We tried out all the restaurants except for you. Our favorite was Le Cap, that had been the casual beachfront restaurant using a wood-fired oven and skillet.

I love Cozumel and the amenities you can find on the island. The first time I traveled with my family I was afraid that the accommodation experience would not be ideal. The truth is that I was entirely wrong to think that. Staying in Cozumel is one of the most convenient, enjoyable, and fun things you can do in Mexico. One of the guys recommended me the cozumel deep sea fishing by carnival excursion with one family-owned tours company. We will surely try that during our stay. The Presidente Intercontinental is a nice place to stay. I loved the rooms and the amenities. It also has people to help you choose activities to do in Cozumel.

The buffet breakfast each morning, that was included in our room rate, was lavish and filled with every conceivable breakfast choice. I adored the Cochinita Pibil, that will be among my favorite Mexican dishes. It had been available every morning and that I had it daily! There were all sorts of traditional American breakfast choices also, but I went to the Mexican dishes.

The staff was quite attentive and considerate. We had no difficulties with safety whatsoever and used the safe in the area for our valuables. The area was serviced two or three times every day and also the mini-bar was kept stocked. It did not keep things too chilly, however, the ice cream was directly across from our area from the hallway, so we did not care about that. The resort has an ATM on site at which you are able to use credit and debit cards to acquire pesos, but it limits you to $200 daily. We also used ScotiaBank’s ATM in city and it had a considerably greater daily limit ($450 or soI presume ). Though ScubaDu is your resident dive ops in Presidente Intercontinental, I’ve reviewed them individually on ScubaDu TripAdvisor page. In summary, they have been superb. We’ve been diving for more than a decade all over the planet and this was, undoubtedly, my favourite dive operation. Highly suggested.

I had been amazed by this hotel. Their Zen fashion, minimalist lobby is every bit as spectacular. The rooms are all spacious. The shore has fish. You may also have a look at the boat wreck . The swimming pool area is amazing also. Plus they also have a jacuzzi. It is the nearest four star resort in the south hotel zone. The other resorts in the region are much less convenient (too much ) or much less nice. Hotels across the south side of this island is a lot nicer than the north shore zone. (Incidentally, cab rate is a whole lot cheaper if you purchase Pesos. You could even rent high-end Trek bikes free of charge and have a look at the beaches (the shore road is excellent!) Or go downtown. Most restaurants allow you to park the bikes in front. I strongly suggest the bicycles.

The Presidente is a very nice hotel by Cozumel criteria. The Physical arrangement is quite wonderful. Probably not up into the arrangements of the latest resorts, however, cared for nicely. The outside dining room looks out on Paradise Reef. The food also is quite great. Housekeeping can battle as is with the majority of the island’s resorts. Staff turnover and support is far better than many. The appointments are rather current. The Presidente was for the very first of my 30 decades here my selection. I’m a diver and the shallow reef ahead may be snorkeled and Scuba readily.

The significant issue for this Presidente is your place. When you become comfortable, with the city place, getting back and forth into the Resort is now pricey by taxi. $8-12 before tip every way. (recall X-mas Eve along with other vacations may leave you stranded for more than a hour) If you intend simply to stay in the Hotel, the Presidente is among a couple of areas you could pick with very little concern.

Great value and fantastic location

We had a 1 night stay here while on vacation in Cancun. I’d say the resort is in need of an update but I actually could not find fault with it and the staff were beautiful. The view from our room was amazing and the enormous bed was extremely comfy. We came before check-in along with the resort were happy to maintain our situation so we can head out and investigate. Same in all, we were going to the beach for the afternoon and obtaining a later ferry and they had been pleased to look following the event for us. Would stay here again.

We picked Vista del Mar from the process of removal. We picked nicely The place was in walking distance of whatever with 6 cubes. Yes, it had been secure. The employees were very accommodating. The included breakfast was supplied to us at our area in the time we must pick. The cost was so”worth friendly”. There are many different room dimensions to be used based on the amount of stay and the requirement of it. Ours was only right because we mostly changed clothes, slept, and watched some tv (3 stations in English). A bar is connected to the underside poo. Yes, I would suggest to give it a go, particularly couples of any age who like creating a trip to a budget.

That is my second time in this tiny hotel, they’ve sea view rooms, now my older mother arrive with methey do not have lift the team kindly assist us, they’ve great place just a few streets from ferry and downtown. An employee recommended us to learn to scuba dive cozumel with a family-owned tours company. We will try it! All night live celebration only downstairs but that every person is able to rest perfectly because there’s absolutely no noise in the inside of the rooms. The breakfast is fine, only a tiny bread and coffee, but this can be perfect because in Cozumel we now have loads of alternatives to spend dinner or other pursuits. Definitely I shall return into Vistas al Mar.

We remained her a couple of years back and loved the Hotel and Location so much that people had a reservation for this January. We ended up having to cancel. Vista Del Mar was quite understanding and worked with us to make that occur. Superior men and women, Highly recommend!

This is our 5th stay at this resort. We love the place and the view (always elect for sea view! ) The resort is quiet and clean. We like the coffee and sweet breads for breakfast and what a fantastic where to begin the day! Enjoy sitting on the balcony with my own coffee, enjoying the view and watching the world come back to life. You greeted us with hugs and smiles, spoke to us daily about our strategies or exactly what we did. You’re correct, perhaps next trip ought to be more! So sad to say goodbye but I understand we’ll return. I loved that there’s presently a pub / restaurant right downstairs today. Others have said that it was dumb but we didn’t have any problems with this at all.

The dip store/tour operator is merely downstairs close to the corner, and all you’ve got to do is cross the road to reach the ship. Fantastic company, fantastic staff. The breakfast isn’t so great, but is sufficient. Higher levels have greater perspective. Should you request a sea view room you’ll find a balcony where you could smoke, and there are hooks onto the roof for one to wash your wet matches. Fantastic location, walking distance to the restaurants restaurants, and whatever you need to see.

I remained here a couple of decades back, it turned into a excellent cheap hotel alternative once I was temporarily in Cozumel with my friends. I walked from the resort and checked it out last month (OCT 2016) and it seems pretty much exactly the same as if I stayed here a couple of short years back. The rooms are clean and basic with a normal toilet, nothing fancy here. The balconies are among the greatest portions of the area because they look out over the crowded road below and the sea. The location of the resort is amazing, directly in the center of the tourist area of downtown and very near the huge square where what’s happening. We walked everywhere, and there have been countless flights in front of the resort if we wanted to move someplace a bit further away, like a beach club for the afternoon. This isn’t a fancy hotel but it’s just fine for somebody looking for an affordable way to experience Cozumel.

Very nice and clean little hotel downtown cozumel and friendly staff!

We generally travel booking in most inclusive four or five stars and we’re amazed after our option to spend a night at this great small resort. Good place centro San Miguel two minutes from ferry from Playa Del Carmen, beautiful team, and we discovered a magical family of turtles at the interior courtyard. I suggest this resort without hesitation! Try it and give me your comments!

What a fantastic little hotel in the center of Cozumel. The cost was super fair and the accommodations were great. The area was very great. It’s quite near the ferry and adored the fact that close to a lot of restaurants. There’s a kitchen that’s available to be used downstairs so in the event that you require a refrigerator or freezer for whatever, its ideal for any dietary requirements, keeping drinks cold, or leftovers. We’d definitely stay there again.

One of the guys I met there recommended me the riviera maya snorkeling excursion with one family-owned tours company. We will surely try that during our stay. Hotel Mary Carmen is a nice place to stay. I loved the rooms and the amenities. It also has people to help you choose activities to do in Cozumel.

Quaint boutique resort right where you would like to be! Sterile with all of the fundamentals you want. Very friendly employees that answered all of our questions with a grin. Hot showers, TV with some English channels and cool atmosphere. We’re currently saving up for another trip!

Just stayed here almost a week; I’ve tried other places in Cozumel and I certainly would return. The location is clean and operational, AC, ceiling fan, a shared kitchenette, plus a central region to hang out (with turtles:-RRB- ). I just remove 1 star since offenders the very first room several things weren’t working correctly but they immediately repaired everything an additionally changed me into another area.

We stayed for 2 nights and reserved for 2 more weekly. Please enjoy the useful staff, the older fashion decor and fresh smelling, fresh linens. I’d well in minne snowda and will return here to get certain. Quite near the square and fantastic dining. Try out the lamission restaurant. Lobster dinner move $19. Fantastic resort for fair cost. Enjoy.

Fantastic stay at this resort, fantastic location in the center. Very modern looking & comfy. Shower was the finest on the island. Fantastic breakfast. Shame it does not have a swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

We stayed here for 5 nights during our diving college and simply loved it. The vibrant house with its beautiful decoration made us feel comfy and we loved to spend our evenings researching in the gorgeous garden along with the adorable turtles. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms have been decorated with love. The place is ideal, coz it is close to the main plaza and there are a lot of chances available, renting bikes, laundry, and amazing restaurants round. However, among the greatest items here (besides all of the things mentioned previously ) the team is super friendly, always stressing, takes good care of you and your own things and provides great recommendations for you to get a great stay in Cozumel.

Most Beautiful Resort Ever

I thought the hotel had good food and a gorgeous beach. It was big with a lot of options for pools, pubs, restaurants and friendly employees at every. Nevertheless I had been disappointed with the constant drive for attending a timeshare presentation along with the hidden charges. They’d up cost for wine pairing, particular meals or drinks which were authentic to every restaurant or promoted (i.e. sopora in Japanese restaurant or snacking in the fish restaurant, etc.. .). In addition, the room was somewhat outdated looking.

The employees had been very accommodating. On arrival we had been offered an update to get a swim up to get a fair price which we approved and grateful we did. We stayed for a couple of weeks and has been overcome by the number of restaurants we can pick from. For two week stay we might have eaten in a different restaurant each evening. I would totally recommend this resort and am thinking about returning at some stage later on.

Whether you arrive a few days or several weeks, Playa del Carmen is definitely the place. Your family and friends will love it. The spots to meet are beautiful. It will be an experience you will never forget. And if you care about the accommodation, there are many options. From small hotels to large chain resorts. Dorado is a charming hotel. Some employees recommended some tulum fly fishing guides near here. We’ll book a trip with them! The good thing about boutique hotels is the experience. You do not have to deal with hotel chain problems because the customer service is remarkable. I loved it.

Finest hotel I have ever been to palms down. I really like it. It is so amazing, like a paradise. The food was wonderful. Really gourmet. Omg, and also the night tacos. The very best! Must have! This place doesn’t disappoint.

We had a lot of fun dance all night to DJ Yonatan! Can not wait to return! We’ve had a blast! Really like the hotel and all of the fun activities. Thank you for the pleasure!

Lately my Mom and I traveled to Mexico to Get a much needed vacation at El Dorado Royale. This is my 2nd trip to this lovely hotel with superior cuisine. I brought my mother to experience everything the house has to offer you. On our final night, we chose to visit D’Italia Villas. To make a long story short, the restaurant was full, so we had been given a pager because of this 40 minute wait.

After about 15 minutes, the hostess, Fernanna or Fernanda, came out to notify us that we had on inappropriate footwear (flip flops). Both my mom and I had been sporting Michael Kors designer flip flops. I had been sporting a Bebe shirt apparel. There were other members of the restaurant wearing flip flops and gentlemen sporting t shirts, but being denied entrance to the restaurant was unacceptable.

There weren’t many African Americans in the hotel, so we took it private. When there was a problem with our apparel or sneakers, why say something after 15 minutes instead of when we arrived. The very first time that I arrived to El Dorado Royale and Casitas, I remained on the Casitas facet and had a number of friends. To cut to the chase, we’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars in this hotel, and while I would like to remark on all of the fantastic things, I must point this unfortunate circumstance. I did talk with the night supervisor, Juan, and I hope they will cope with Fernanna or even Fernando appropriately. I am not saying I won’t ever return, but it surely will not be any time soon! I have a terrible taste in mouth, particularly due to how my 74 year-old mom sensed. She refused eat anything that night from some of those restaurants. Thank you to the British couple that offered to stay with us point out the obvious discrimination.

Cute Boutique Hotel with Excellent Staff

The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the Hotel itself was quite adorable. Our room was about the size, but we did not require anything more with this fast trip. The grounds were amazing, there have been three pools, three hot tubs and a lot of spaces to relax and sofa. The rooftop pool and pool area appeared to be the most popular, however there was always a place available to take a seat and unwind. Very well situated, only a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue and another two or three minutes to the shore. The breakfast which was included was quite nice also. Fruit, a beverage and one thing off the menu, however if you purchased an omelette, it arrived as a complete plate of food. Upon checkout we were introduced with a wooden center and chocolate, that was such a wonderful touch and very much valued.

Small hotel in the tourist area, overlooking the authorities plaza. Staff is professional and friendly. Our room was simply furnished but very comfy including king sized mattress. Ambience is that of a European resort, with many tiny touches and Luxurious artisanal furnishings. Adults just but not a “singles” audience during our trip… just friendly, silent adults in the pool and pool (ok, a few were amorous:-RRB- ). We’ll return.

Whether you arrive a few days or several weeks, Playa del Carmen is definitely the place. Your family and friends will love it. The spots to meet are beautiful. It will be an experience you will never forget. And if you care about the accommodation, there are many options. From small hotels to large chain resorts. La Pasion is a charming hotel. Some employees recommended us the private fishing charter playa del carmen near here. The good thing about boutique hotels is the experience. You do not have to deal with hotel chain problems because the customer service is remarkable. I loved it.

La Pasion is at the ideal spot for people who are looking to go through the neighborhood playa culture and also the shore. Pretty near everything-grocery, restaurants, beach ect… The rooftop pool and spa are fine and the free morning breakfast is much far better than any free breakfast we’ve ever eaten. Thank you La Pasion!

We just stayed 1 night, but the team had a very warm welcome with new towels as it had been raining, early check in etc.. The staff is super friendly, and you are able to feel that they like working. The area is great with the two fan, aircon, television, secure and other matters you might expect. The bed is huge however, which is only a Fantastic thing:-RRB- The resort has a tiny restaurant attached to it, that is actually comfy and they create a very tasty breakfast that was included in the purchase price, you are able to pick unique items to combine our breakfast for your own liking. I’d certainly suggest this to anybody seeing playa del carmen, is can also be only 100 meters from the Main Street that may be noisy, so ideal place too.

A relatively simple walk from the primary bus terminal also if you’re taking the bus from Cancun airport. The rooms are rather modest but clean and nicely appointed. The team is truly nice and useful. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. The breakfast every morning was exceptional with many different alternatives and fresh fruit. There are a whole lot of excellent restaurants within walking distance from your resort Amazing barbershop in 2 blocks. Beach towels are offered by the resort. The resort is a superb value for the price.

Wonderful resort beautiful rooms plus three swimming pools, beautiful friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast perfectly located to not far in your Main Street but far enough off to chill and unwind, the rooms are also beautiful and the beds are enormous ideal for our honeymoon remain thank you.

La Pasion didn’t disappoint! Pictures below is your “light” breakfast provided together with our stay. Choice of coffee, juice, pastry and dish contained. Easy access to restaurants, beach, bars, public transport and shore!

First class hotel, location and service

Our next visit. ‘We return to resorts ever because there are many other places to see’ – well which was our motto however this hotel has broken the mould. Delighted to state that the greatest levels of support, food, drink, staff, facilities, have remained consistent. I’ve mentioned before the joy of this resort is that you can keep yourself on your own and sunbathe on the quietest shore with a tiny beach bar and select from great a la carte dining at night or you can head for the primary pool and enjoy Aqua twist, aqua zumba, aqua force (yoga on a paddle board) and even a foam party. I would recommend the junior suites or float up suites as they are by the lazy river pool and you’re perfectly set to make your choices for entertainment and food. Toying with the concept of going back again!

Resort was magnificent and we felt like VIPs from the moment we were greeted with all our sexy towel in. Food was excellent at each of the restaurants, and we just had to wait to get seated one day. The restaurants do often get busier later in the day, so that I really do recommend getting there by 6:30 in the event that you don’t need to wait. You’re treated as royalty.

Whether you arrive a few days or several weeks, Playa del Carmen is definitely the place. Your family and friends will love it. The spots to meet are beautiful. It will be an experience you will never forget. And if you care about the accommodation, there are many options. From small hotels to large chain resorts. Some people there told us how to get to el cielo cozumel from cruise port so we can go to one of the best places in Cozumel! Very nice guys. Valentin Imperial is a charming hotel. The good thing about boutique hotels is the experience. You do not have to deal with hotel chain problems because the customer service is remarkable. I loved it.

Both visits were all amazing! The property outside and interiors are completely immaculate. Each the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, a true joy to be about. The entertainment staff, by the people in the pool and around the shore, to the Imperial Band that performs just about any night, are amazing men and women. Additionally, the food is really a powerful selling point for this particular hotel. Normally my tastes for meals are rather low at comprehensive resorts, but in the Valentin that the food is varied and delicious. We mean to make this destination a yearly holiday, as you can’t go wrong choosing Valentin!

We can’t say enough about the house itself and the employees that work so tough to operate and keep it. We advocate taking the privilege bundle. It’s well worth every cent. There’s always a person sweeping, pruning, cleaning and trimming. It’s really beautiful. By Stephanie, Kate, Mauricio and Alice in the concierge desk, Jared, Francisco & Elio around the shore who are such friendly and personable people. They went out of the way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We traveled as a married homosexual couple and never felt dangerous, or undesirable by any team member. Ironically we had been cautious in picking somewhere to go where we might be, such as holding hands in public without any stress. We’ll absolutely return to your own Valentin again and can’t recommend it enough.

That is our second time into the Valentin Imperial Maya. We loved it initially, and the next time just surpassed our expectations. We were in building 7 at the gold superior junior suite. The room faced the river pool so that it was fine to sit down on the balcony and see, like a cold beverage, and just delight in the hot weather. I believe we’ve been to every restaurant in the hotel.

Our favorite is likely Ginger, but make sure you engage the chef in dialog. If you’re a sushi lover, he will make you things off the menu which are yummy! Each one the restaurants served yummy food and the waiters were very attentive to our own beverage and food requirements. I’ve been to many hotels, and VIM certainly has some of the greatest food I’ve encountered for the majority of meals. We had the Privilege Bundle and discovered it to be well worth it. We could book a cabana on the beach for our week’s stay and can’t say enough great things about Francisco.

Source

The beachtenders were about every 10 minutes we were not left thirsty. I’d lobster twice during our stay, that was contained in the bundle. In general, the resort likely makes out up to cost per individual, but it had been worthwhile to us to the comforts and convenience. Manuel at the Don Miguel pub served up excellent pre and post dinner drinks. Miguel in the Martini Bar served up a few of the greatest mango mojitos we have had. I would advise waiting to reserve any trips until you reach the resort. I have reserved both earlier I traveled and once I came, and I’ve discovered that, if you reserve the trips as soon as you’re there, you could save quite a little cash. We plan on coming in October and remaining at the Emerald Suites on the shore and we can’t wait to return!

Great hostel, great food and staff!

Beautiful location with a lot of hangout area in the backyard. It is super colourful and only being about gets you into a fantastic mood!Squeaky clean, very good bathrooms. Comfortable beds with accessible lockers. I didn’t dip with the onsite store because I’d already decided on a different location, but I have zero bad beats for picking another store. A particular thanks to Sergio (aka the pub guy with the beard and eyeglasses ) – you’re wonderful. He gets the very best mojito, constantly puts a lot of love to the food that he makes and always has a grin on his head for you. I miss you!

The hostel has great amenities: AC, common area to socialize, fantastic location, good in food. I would suggest it to anybody staying in hostel. Additionally, there are choices for diving and bicycle rentals. Can return when I’m in Cozumel!

Staying in Cozumel is an incredible experience. There are so many options that you can find the style you want. Five-star hotel? Yes, there are. Boutique and intimate hotel? Yes, there are. It’s what I love about Cozumel. For example, the Beds Friends is an incredible hotel. I went there with my family. When we were in the pool with the kids, I heard two people talk about hire a taxi for the day in cozumel because it’s more easy that way to see the best places in the island. I’ll try that in some other time. The employees at Bed Friends are friendly, the check-in fast, and the rooms very comfortable – a recommended place for Cozumel visitors.

This place feels like home, everybody is smiling and friendly, the beds are comfy, bathrooms and rooms are clean (even in case you’ve got a room with no toilet:several accessible clean baths in the hostel), the food isn’t expensive and quite great, the staff is quite helpful and the hostel very adorable and also a ten minute walk from the ferry dock! We met really pleasant individuals there and had a fantastic stay! If your aims have been diving in Cozumel, don’t look elsewhere! The diving team is extremely professional, the equipment is quite great and teachers really fine! They’ll take you to amazing areas (coral reefs, shipwrecks etc) I passed my PADI open water 3 days and had a wonderful time!

I stayed 6 weeks to perform diving in Cozumel. The hostel is quite nice with an wonderful chill out space, with chairs and hammocks to relax in. The little kitchen serves food all day and into the day, with tasty mojitos. The breakfast is quite basic (just fresh fruit), and that means you have to get a little additional stuff. There was brilliant live audio on the Sunday nighttime. The staff are very friendly and a few remain with the guests at the dorms. I did find that the hostel quite dumb as all of the rooms face onto a courtyard in the center and people stayed up late playing music and speaking.

Stayed 3 nights at great but fundamental personal space: great shower, hooks and shelves for things, comfortable bed. Why is this place would be your friendly staff and the superb social area with bar and small restaurant, and exceptional onsite dive company. Super advocated!

I visited this place a couple of decades back and it seemed interesting, but I wasn’t prepared to reside here. Then my daughter came looking for a hostel. This place is ideal. You will find relaxing and relaxing spaces, an place for massage, also a fantastic food support. And reasonably priced. Only a small walk in the city centre, I highly suggest this place for a cozy stay.

We did just spend two days but still must understand the area. It is a very great atmosphere , and the garden is ideal made for creating travelers fulfill each other. A number of different hostels do not possess this place where folks meet in this pure manner. When it’s very important to you with a few solitude maybe you should think about something different, cuz the rooms are always open along with the baths and showers have been spread out a little. But if you do not mind I would certainly recommend this hostel. You could even reserve many distinct excursions, tours, snorkeling etc together with assistance from them. You could also rent scooters and bicycles at a fantastic price.

Nice hotel-Great Location

It was a crazy decision: to make a surprise wedding for my future wife. After some research, porto Pacuíba Hotel was the choice and it couldn’t have been better. The place es impecable, beautiful, full of life and nature; the rooms neat and tidy with comfort and great decoration; the location is excellent, close to the center of the island and a few steps to some of the best beachs in North (it’s in front of one of them); but the highlight are staff: attentive in every detail, kind and spoiling every guest with a smile in their face. It’s the best hotel in Ilhabela in my opinion.

We were really pleased with the whole stay at Porto Pacuiba. Really professional and breakfast. “Great! It was a plus having 2 habitaciones within the apartment for our children. The weather did not help but that was not their fault.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy life. High level service and attention all time. Highly recommended once best in the island!. Decoration and landscape recuerda best places in Europe. Its a must place to go.

That’s an amazing hotel. We had a un grupo de 9 personas y 3 habitaciones para 3 days. All empleados, without expeditions, are very nice and well trained. Rooms are very clean and organized. Walking distance for 3 different beaches and a fantastic pool.

We arrived on the 27th and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left (the 2nd) everything was incredible! The staff’s friendly, the pool’s cool with clear water and if that’s not your thing then they have an Ofuro for 4 for you to enjoy, just in case you’re stressed. The food’s also incredible, we had to eat at the hotel because it was raining, and there’s no regrets on that decision. We were treated like special guests every day of our stay.Plus, free WiFi.

Our bedroom overlooked the sea. The pool is heated with a bar to seat. There were four hot tubs, sauna. The breakfast was fantastic including the view. The best of everything pesar de que los is the service and the people. We just loved everything.

I had a very pleasant experience during a 3 night stay in October, en, 2017.The facilities are excellent. The integration of nature and the hotel makes the setting unique and special. One of the highlights of the hotel is the level of service. Not only attentive and courteous, but also friendly and genuine. My only suggestion is that they make iron/casa de cambio board available to the guests. That makes the life of us travelers a lot easier. Overall I loved my experience at Porto Pacuiba and would definitely return in the future.

Winston’s Back!

Welcome back to Danstead Traveller. I apologize for the long delay, but as you’ll see inside the next upcoming issue, I’m afraid it was quite unavoidable. I’ll tell all in the exclusive upcoming issue.

DT is in the process of relaunching it’s home delivery system. Whether by runner, Jer, or Jaspian Crystsal Ship, your copy of DT will soon be in your box. If you’d like to sign up for home delivery, please be patient, we’re up to our elbows in confused Thriddle printers at the moment, but do check back soon! You won’t want to miss an issue!

Hoping to see you in your Danstead Travels,

Winston Humbert III
